Living at this community has been an exceptional experience for me. From the moment I first arrived, I was impressed by the modern and stylish design of the building and the high level of attention to detail that is evident throughout the property. The apartments themselves are very new, comfortable, and luxurious. The amenities here are also great, though not all of it them are frequently used. The staff at Aventon Crown are also wonderful, and I noticed service requests are always taken care of quickly and they replace the air filters on time too, without me asking. Overall, I would highly recommend Aventon Crown Apartments to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to call home in Gaithersburg.

Five months since we moved in. Everything has gotten better and better. Quiet community, lovely fur-iends in elevator, quick maintenance response... We are glad to choose Aventon as our temp home. Just one thing as a reminder(if anyone wants to know): the apartment does not provide christmas tree removal service (unlike our what our prior apartment did), which means you will have to move it at your own cost and extra labor work.

It is a very nice apartment. Sometimes management can not be accommodating to requests. For example I asked for carpet replacement and also for my 15 month lease to be dropped to a 12 month lease before I even paid the first move in paycheck and it was not accommodated as the price to drop the lease would have gone up. Also they wouldn’t replace the carpet.

This is a nice place. Garage is broken quite frequently and many people wait for you to drive into the garage so they can follow behind. Dog poop has been seen in the courtyard for days without anyone cleaning it up. The building is clean and the apartments are up to date

Its been about 7 months since we moved to Aventon crown and it has been a lovely experience. When we first toured the apartment, we immediately knew it was the one. The apt complex is located near downtown crown and rio so youre able to walk or bike! The amenities are great and always kept clean. I cant wait to be able to use the pool again this upcoming summer!

Overall great. One suggestion I have is for staff to be more responsive to residents' requests, since in my experience they can be unresponsive or forget to do something without constant reminders. I suggest staff focus on implementing a way of tracking/logging resident-related tasks. Enhancing the customer service experience would be a game changer.

Love it here! Very nice area for walking, Lots of amenities and located close to downtown Crown. The views from the building are are so nice. The property and the grounds are always maintained very well. Love coming home to such a secure and peaceful environment.

New and comfortable building, and overall is a great place to live. Specific areas for improvement: - Conference rooms have modern, new tech but WiFi does not work there, rendering them useless aside from a regular room. - Yoga studio TV can only show cable TV. Other inputs built into the wall controls do not work. There is also no TV remote.

I have lived here a few months now and I love this community. I also love my I usually do not hear any noise from my neighbors on either side. However, the sound proofing between the floors leaves a lot to be desired. You can easily hear sounds, especially bass from other floors. Everything else seems to be going well so far. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Have been living in Aventon community for nearly 3 months and I can say it was a good decision for us to move here from DC. Though the leasing process was a bit long as expected (based on the reviews we saw on Google), the move-in and onboarding process was very smooth. Though we had some issues with the refrigerator and other stuff, the maintenance team was so quick in responding which totally offset the inconvenience. So overall, it has been a great experience so far.

Aventon Crown is a great place to live. Amenities are amazing. Maintenance and staff are always professional. Maintenance always gets work orders done in a timely fashion. A/c went out and they gave us a portable one until the a/c in apartment was fixed. Love it here!

First the office staff is great, they care and will handle your problems best they can. Ian is the best. We had some problems with several items in our apartment and went on line and filled out the form for maint. they were here right away and corrected the items. So far totally loving our new apartment.

Just moved into Aventon Crown and absolutely love it! The apartment and property is gorgeous and it definitely helps that everything is nice and new. Absolutely love that there is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit and all other appliances are amazing. The bathroom is gorgeous and huge and the wall of windows in the bedroom is amazing.

Naja was a leasing office staff member that really went above and beyond in being so accommodating during my move-in. I requested to move in a day earlier than anticipated and she was so helpful by preparing lease documents for me as well as answering any questions I had. Dream community, perfect amenities for a wfh person. They have office rooms, podcast studio(like it’s so awesome). They have game setups for poker(best thing ever) and table tennis and anything you can imagine.

It has been great. There were a few hiccups initially because of the high demand. However, after moving in, it has been wonderful. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are state of the art! Love the gym and the yoga studio. The maintenance crew is very responsive and tries to fix the issues within the same day.
